The 27 th Annual General Meeting of the
Sri Lanka Forex Association
The executive committee of the Sri Lanka Forex Association has decided to hold the 27 th Annual General Meeting of the Association on Monday, 29 th of November 2010 at 5.30 p.m. at Hatton National Bank Auditorium.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows
- Notice convening the meeting
- Adoption of the minutes of the 26 th A.G.M.
- Secretary’s Report
- President’s Report
- Presentation of Accounts
- Clarification of Accounts
- Any other issues
- Dissolution of the EXCO / Appointment of a Pro – tem Chairman
- Appointment of a new committee
- Appointment of an Auditor
- Incoming Presidents Speech
- Minutes of the 26 th Annual General Meeting, Accounts and Auditors opinion, Nomination form and nomination committee are attached.
- Annual financial statements to all heads of treasuries/money brokers will receive shortly
