ACI Diploma Cource
To All Heads of Treasuries
The Sri Lanka Forex Association is pleased to announce the launch of the ACI Diploma in Sri Lanka.The ACI Diploma builds on the ACI Dealing Certificate and the ACI Operations Certificate and is designed to ensure
that candidates acquire a superior theoretical and practical knowledge of foreign exchange and money markets, their related instruments, and the linkages that exist between those markets and the practice of risk
management. Candidates are expected to have acquired a solid grounding in the core subject areas and have the requisite skills in financial mathematics prior to undertaking the Diploma.
The course is designed for the following groups:
- Senior foreign exchange and money market dealers
- Corporate and bank treasurers
- Senior operations staff
In order to be eligible to take the ACI Diploma examination, candidatesmust have passed either the ACI Dealing Certificate or OperationCertificate examination. Please refer attached document for the syllabusfor the ACI Diploma.
Details of the program we hope to conduct in the second part of this year is as follows,:
Dates - 27th July 2011 – 04th August 2011

Venue - Centre for Banking Studies- Rajagiriya.
The logistics for this particular program has been based on special assistance (partial funding and sourcing of trainers) received from ACI International, please note future programs may not be as attractive in
terms of pricing and we encourage those who meet the criteria to join. However there will be a cap of 15 participants.
As indicated there are a limited number of seats available and the Executive Committee of the Sri Lanka Forex Association reserves the right to accept or reject your nomination. Accepted nominees will be notified via email.
